It really truly is.
Whether its because you aren't sleeping well at night
Or spend your counseling appointment crying about guilty about the circumstances surrounding the deceased's death.
Or you spend all of your time in public trying to hold yourself together so that you don't break down in the middle of an aisle at Publix because you never learned the recipe for your favorite food that your mom made so you'll probably never eat it again.
Or when you start to realize the important moments of your life that your mom won't be there for: grad school graduation, first "real" job, engagement, marriage, children, first house...
Grief is exhausting.
